MiGuardia is an Android app for organizing working days and understanding what happened in your month. One work setup and one monthly Calendar keep the experience clear from day one.

Built for four independent sectors. Each one keeps its own language and rules instead of being treated as a generic category.

The same Calendar takes you from the plan to the real day, then turns that history into useful summaries, reminders and local reports.

Organize your work

Set up once. Reuse what makes sense.

Save workplaces, work types, colors and usual schedules. Then use the single monthly grid to see the month and choose one date or several dates without jumping between separate planners.

Build a useful plan

  • Add one working day or several days in the same flow.
  • Repeat a shift a finite number of times, edit or delete the exact day you choose, or apply a change from a date forward.
  • Keep a historical snapshot of the workplace, label, color, schedule and role on every day, so a future template change does not rewrite the past.

Give every day its meaning

  • Record days off, public holidays, vacations and medical leave.
  • Understand existing F and ? marks as a day off or a day still to be defined—not as unexplained internal codes.
  • Reflect absences and cancellations as day states, while keeping private notes and schedule photos with your local information.

Record what actually happened

The plan is useful. Reality matters more.

Keep planned and actual times separate. If the day changed, record the real start and end; if needed, consciously return to the planned schedule.

Hours without mixing concepts

  • Add overtime that belongs to a working day, choose its class and review it alongside that day.
  • Record independent extra work separately when it does not belong to a planned shift.
  • Choose your own monthly hour reference and see progress against it. MiGuardia does not invent targets for your sector.

Availability is not work completed

  • Keep Passive Duty, Available for Call or On Call separate from hours actually worked.
  • Use the wording that belongs to your sector without turning availability into a completed shift.

No salaries, payroll calculations, pay scales, deductions or employment advice.

Understand the month and look ahead

See today first. Keep the whole month within reach.

The Today card highlights what matters now. The final Calendar and each day’s detail let you move from the overview to the exact information without losing context.

A summary you can explain

  • Customize the monthly summary and open an explanation of what each figure means.
  • Review the next event and receive local reminders with privacy choices for their visible content.
  • Configure each home-screen widget instance to show the next event with the level of detail you prefer.

Weather only when you want it

  • Enable weather independently for each workplace.
  • Use an address you provide or request a one-time approximate location when no address is available.
  • MiGuardia does not track your location and does not use background location.

Keep control of your data

Local by default, with deliberate ways to take information out.

Your Calendar, shifts and private details stay on the device by default. You decide when to create a report or a backup and where to keep it.

Keep and restore your history

  • Create local PDF or XLSX reports only when you ask for them.
  • Make local backups with optional encryption.
  • Restore by combining the backup with current information or by a confirmed full replacement, with safety checks before applying it.

Make the app yours

  • Optionally lock access using the security already configured on your phone.
  • Use Help and the first-run tour to understand the main paths.
  • Choose light or dark appearance and MiGuardia’s own 100%, 150% or 200% zoom.

A clear privacy boundary

Your working life stays on your device.

MiGuardia does not use work accounts, cloud storage, device-to-device sync, analytics or telemetry. The distribution service does not receive your Calendar, shifts, workplaces, notes, photos or medical information.

Internet is used only by voluntary features that need it, such as weather. Distribution and updates will be managed through Google Play; your core work information remains local.

Email is optional and opens your email app. Nothing is sent automatically. Your sender address and anything you choose to send will be visible to the recipient; do not include work records, backups, photos or passwords.

What to expect from MiGuardia.

    Android only. There is no iPhone version.

    MiGuardia will be distributed through Google Play. This website does not offer a direct APK download.

    There are no accounts or synchronization between devices.

    Access and updates do not require an account, activation key or reserved place.

    Feedback is voluntary and does not control access or updates.

MiGuardia is moving to Google Play.

The direct APK download is no longer offered on this website. MiGuardia will be available through Google Play.

When the store listing is published, use the official Google Play page to install MiGuardia and receive updates.

This site does not distribute APK files. Voluntary support never changes access to the app.
